London, May 5, 2024

Chelsea's young guns put on a clinic against West Ham United on Sunday, thrashing the Hammers 5-0 at Stamford Bridge. Nicolas Jackson stole the show with two goals and an assist, while Noni Madueke also impressed in the Blues' dominant display.

Chelsea dominated possession from the outset and opened the scoring in the 10th minute through Jackson. The striker latched onto a through ball from Madueke and slotted home with ease. Madueke doubled Chelsea's lead just 10 minutes later with a stunning strike from outside the box.

Jackson added his second goal in the 35th minute, tapping home a cross from Callum Hudson-Odoi. West Ham had no answer to Chelsea's attacking prowess, and Jorginho added a fourth goal from the penalty spot in the 60th minute.

Substitute Lewis Hall rounded off the scoring in the 80th minute with a neat finish. The victory was a resounding statement from Chelsea's young players, who showed their potential under the watchful eye of manager Graham Potter.

Chelsea now sit in sixth place in the Premier League table, while West Ham are languishing in 18th place and facing a relegation battle.
